Description
The Falls Incline Railway which is a funicular railway also known as an inclined plane or cliff railway, is a cable railway in which a cable attached to a pair of tram-like vehicles on rails moves them up and down a steep slope; the ascending and descending vehicles counterbalance each other. This one taking passengers from the Fallsview tourist area to Table Rock Center on Niagara Parkway at Horseshoe Falls.

Congratulations on your win in the contest, "My Niagara Falls". When I got back home from Niagara Falls, I realized I did not take a shot of the Incline Railway. Your picture was one of the few I have seen of the Incline and yet we used it all the time in our visit to the Falls.
